At Cable Connect Wiz, we strive to remain the best in terms of service and its consistency as far as repairs and maintenance are concerned. We, however, understand that there are cases when you may not be entirely happy with what we have done and that is why we have put this policy in place. Let us now go through the refund policy in detail.
Eligibility for Refunds
You may be eligible for a refund for the following reasons:
Service Not Provided: For instance, if you had booked an appointment for a particular service which you paid for but we couldn’t perform, you are entitled to a refund of the whole amount.
Waste of Time: You can expect to be refunded for material that homeless people would call service if it is below the thresholds clearly stated in the service agreement only after contacting us within the first week after the service was done and in case a resolution to the matter is not possible.
No Show: If, on the other hand, a customer cancels the appointment and does so more than 2-5 hours prior to the appointment, he or she will be entitled to a full refund of the fee they have paid. Nevertheless, if one made a cancellation during the 2-5 hours prior to the appointment, they may be charged.
